In an early article I cited that bezel-less form-factor is going to be the next big thing in the future. While Xiaomi had also launched a bezel-less smartphone the Mi Mix (Mi Mix and Mi Note2) earlier last year and the Mi Mix 2 (Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 india Launch on 10th October) this year the company also made it clear that it’s going to bring the breakthrough technology to the masses really soon. We all are aware of the popularity of the Xiaomi Redmi 4 smartphone in India, the recent reports suggest that the company is preparing to bring another Redmi smartphone.

The prototype images of the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 smartphone offering a bezel-less display are surfacing online featuring a dual camera setup on the back. The rumours suggest that the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 smartphone could come with a 5.5-inch display offering an 18:9 aspect ratio.

The Redmi Note 5 could also come powered by a dual rear camera setup powered by 16-megapixel and 5-megapixel sensor along with a front facing camera of unknown resolution.

As for other specs, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 could come powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 chipset or could also come with a MediaTek Helio P25 chipset. The smartphone Is rumoured to have a 4,000mAh capacity battery.

If we follow the trend of Redmi smartphones, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 could come in 3GB and 4GB RAM variants at the alleged prices.
